How Does An Online Production Session Work?
• A private collaboration project area will be created on StudioTraxx.com.
• A StudioTraxx representative will work with the artist on song selection.
• The Producers will coordinate production among the studio musicians.
• The studio musicians will work on their tracks from their own studios.
• Digital music file tracks will be exchanged via the StudioTraxx website.
• The vocalist will download updated guide tracks to practice the song.
• When the final music compostion is completed, the artist will download the instrumental song.
• The artist will import the instrumental song into their own studio software and record their vocals.
• The artist will upload their isolated vocal tracks back into StudioTraxx.com.
• The producer will download their vocals into the overall mix for final mix and mastering.
• The artist will receive the finished song.

Contest Rules:
• To enter the contest, the entrant must have a valid StudioTraxx.com account.
• Entrant must be 18 years or older.
• Artist must be considered "unsigned" and have no existing contractual production or recording obligations.
• Entry deadline is December 1, 2009.
• One (1) winner will be selected on December 15, 2009.
• Three (3) runner up winners will be selected on December 15, 2009.
• Winner will be selected by panel review based on vocal ability and overall artist potential.
• Offer valid for one song.
• The entrant must be able to record his or her vocals using their own studio software and equipment.
• If the winner submits a "cover song" demo or the song submited is determined not suitable, an original song will be provided.
• Studio musicians will perform work under the StudioTraxx work-for-hire agreement and will hold no future copyright claims.
  (see StudioTraxx Musician-for-Hire T's & C's, sections 1.6 and 2.5).
• However, a separate agreement will be entered into that provides the production team with 4 percentage royalty points
  should the recorded track generate earnings.
• The songwriter of the song to be recorded will retain copyright of the song itself and will be entitled to the statuator
   9.1 cents mechanical royalty should the recorded track generate earnings.
• The winner cannot transfer this package to another individual.
• StudioTraxx may choose another winner in the event that the selected winner cannot comply with the contest rules.
• Contest sponsors may contact contest entrants for promotional purposes.
• StudioTraxx does not guarantee the quality of the finished recording or musical performances and will be held
   harmless by all parties in the event that a dispute arises between the involved studio musicians and the winner.
• This contest is void where prohibited.
